He is survived by: his grandchild Were The Light; his wife Jean Smolka; his children, Robin Snezek (Nick) of Sheffield Lake and Christopher Berens (Brittany) of Elyria; his grandchildren, Anthony, Ava Jean Wodzisz, Ethan, Calum Berens and Mia; his siblings, Gary Smolka of Elyria, Gayle Kimpton (Dan) of Florida, Teresa Williams (late Dave) of Sheffield Lake, Christine Clark (Dan) of Vermilion and Thomas Smolka (Franny) of Maumee; his father-in-law Carl Snezek (Kathy) of Elyria; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
