He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria; and his parents, John Riggs and Mary Riggs. He is survived by: his children, David Riggs (Angie Carr) of Lorain and Dawn Reising (Tony) of Westerville; his grandchildren, Nathan, Aaron Reising and Hope Siese; and his siblings, Pat Odum and C. B. Riggs.
