We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2021, at the age of 39, Jessica I O'Keefe of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, born in Amherst, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her sons, Devon Stoehr and Frankie O'Keefe; her parents, Dennis O'Keefe and Cindy O'Keefe; her brothers, Kevin O'Keefe (Melonee) and Cory O'Keefe (Brittany); and her nephews, Egan, Brady and Brooks.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for a memorial fund for her minor son Frankie.
