He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Williams of Lakewood; his parents, James Murray and Elizabeth Williams (McIntosh); and his brother Joseph M. Williams of Chicago, IL.. He is survived by: his children, James J. Williams (Jacque Lynn) and Jill Benesh (Ricky); his grandsons, Brett, Chad and Eric Benesh; and his great grandchildren, Cody, Brice, Brooklan, Allyson, Beau and Bearon Benesh.
