He was predeceased by: his son Gerald Jr. (Elsie); his grandson Richard; his parents, James and Josephine; and his siblings, James, John, Michael and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his children, Monica, Tracy (Richard), Erica (Jose) and Joseph; his grandchildren, Roni (Thomas), Brenden, Jaylenne (Robert), Jordan, Thad (Allison), Isaiah, Carissa, Connor, Dominic, Benjamin, Alexia, Deric and Layla; his great grandchildren, Madisyn, Avarie, Emilia, Kinleigh, Aurora, Myles and Thad (Allison); and his siblings, Linda and Ron Fredericy. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
