She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Clark and Lois Clark (Baum); her sister Beth Ann McNabb (Clark); and her brother-in-law Bob Halas. She is survived by: her boyfriend Walter "Wally" J. Martin Jr.; her son Jerry Slamcik; and her siblings, Bruce Clark (Star), Tim Clark and Mary Ruth Halas.
