He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Biro and Janet Biro. He is survived by: his close friend Dana Sudnik; his brothers, Herb Winchell (Anna) of Parma, Kevin Winchell (Gayle) of North Ridgeville, Frank Biro Jr. (Kelly) of Coral Springs, Jeff Biro (Carrie) of Elyria, Rick Biro (Katie) of North Ridgeville and Mike Biro (Melissa) of Amherst; and his aunt Fran Gesten of Strongsville. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bogner Celebration of Life Center (7295 Greenlawn Dr, North Ridgeville, OH 44039).
