He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arnold, Donald, Delano, Reba, Ruby and Margaret; and his parents, Millard Meade and Stella Meade.
He is survived by: his spouse Dema Sue; his children, Denver "Ray" Meade (Mignon) of Salem, Sandra Fryfogle (William) of Sheffield Lake, Rebecca "Becky" Meade of Sheffield Lake and Amy Cashmer; his grandchildren, Rebecca Moran (Frank), Ray Allen Meade, Richard Bridge II, Ryan Meade, William Fryfogle and Rodney Johnson; and his siblings, Elmer Hall of Lorain, Bobby Meade of Sheffield Village, James Meade and Ann Sisco. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
