We are sad to announce that on February 9, 2021, at the age of 78, Daniel B. Walend of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, born in Elyria, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daniel B. Walend to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Walend and Josephine Walend. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Walend; his children, Daniel Walend of Elyria, Dennis Walend (Michelle) of Sneads Ferry and Carrie Walend (Angel Senquiz) of Lorain; his grandchildren, Amber Walend (Zach), Brooke Jones, Daniel Walend (Caylin), Dakota Walend, Brandon Cornish (Katie), Ashton Rico (Adrian), Kaytlin Rivas (Merari), Angel Senquiz (Alexis), Jacob Senquiz, Joshua Senquiz and David Champion (Katie); and his siblings, James Walend and Joyce Moore (Roger). He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.

All attendees are required to wear facial coverings and follow COVID-19 social distancing guidelines displayed at the funeral chapel entrance and throughout the building.
