He is survived by: his former wife Donna; his wife Allison; his daughter Kelly Marie (Owen Ross); his stepdaughter Brooke Allison (Kevin Fox); his grandchildren, Callum Anthony Ross, Charlotte Ann Ross, Fiona Allison Fox and Timothy Christopher Fox; his nieces and nephews, Jamie McKnight, Howie Spencer, Melanie Cutler, Jennifer Ille, Michelle Birkhimer and Sara Cohen; his aunt Brenda Sullivan; and his cousins, Tom and Bill Hinkle.
