He is survived by: his wife Joanne Parnell (Culp) of Lima; his sons, Jeffrey Parnell and Andrew Parnell; his stepson Joshua Culp (Alice); his grandsons, Gabe Parnell and Isaac "Zek" Culp; and his uncle Phil Houbler (Barb).
