She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Rudibaugh and Gladys Rudibaugh (Whitney); her husband Robert Phillips; her son Steven Phillips; and her stepgrandson Matthew Phillips.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Burden (Dennis), Robert Phillips (Lynne), Patti Breitigan (Clyde), Juli Phillips and Lori Keith (Michael); her stepson David Phillips; her daughter-in-law Cindy Phillips; her grandchildren, Brian Burden, Ryan Phillips (Ben), Adam Phillips (Alyssa), Jennifer Brenning (Ty), Jason Phillips (Nicole), Jeni Breitigan (Bryan), Trey Breitigan (Michelle), Jacob Breitigan (Tory), Jared Breitigan, Brett Keith (Natalie) and Brittany Keith (Sam Smith); her stepgrandson Mark Phillips (Rebecca); and her siblings, Richard Rudibaugh and Gloria Rudibaugh. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter.
Due to the current pandemic, Covid-19 guidelines must be adhered to in the funeral home; masks and social distancing are required.
