He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen L. Johnson and Marguerite Johnson (Polluck); his wife Karen L. Johnson (Swackhammer); and his brothers, Thomas Johnson and David Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Johnson (Loretta) of Lima, OH, Darrell Johnson of Lima, OH and Carla Johnson of Lima; his grandchildren, Michael Johnson (Ashley), Nathan Johnson, Rachael Musser, Scott Johnson (Leacy) and Trista Johnson; his sister Mary Hale (Larry) of Naples, FL; and his sister-in-law Joann Johnson of Cincinnati, OH.. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
