With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Travis Karl Slack of Sharonville, Ohio, born in Georgetown, Ohio, who passed away on July 25, 2022 at the age of 48. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Tommie Slack. He is survived by: his mother Connie Cahall Slack of Georgetown; his children, Tyler David of Sardinia, Ohio, Claire Elizabeth of Sardinia, Ohio and Natalie Ann Slack of Sardinia, Ohio; and the mother of his children Stephanie Ann Slack of Sardinia, Ohio. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
