He was predeceased by: his father William Borcher; and his siblings, William, James, Mary Jo, Margaret Rainey and Catherine Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Borcher; his children, Tom Borcher Jr. (Valerie Louis), Sherry Green (Paul), Linda Borcher, Erik Murphy (Lori) and Jamie Murphy; his sisters, Nancy Riley and Ruth Smith; and his grandchildren, Reed, Rachel (Brad), Jaylee, Olivia, Meredith, Mekenzie, Henry, Howie and Presley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins as well as many dear friends.
