He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Elmore and Alma Elmore; his son Michael Elmore; and his siblings, William, Robert Elmore and Claudine Arbino.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Elmore; his children, William Elmore (Christine) and Linda Harmon; and his grandchildren, Cory Harmon and Emily Elmore. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as many dear friends.
