She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Mohrfield; her daughters, Pamela Ann Terry (Kim) and Cynthia Burlew (Bob); her grandchildren, Ryan Brittany (Caroline), Tiffany (Chris) and Stephanie (Jake); her brother Jack Hafer; and her sister-in-law Norma.
Visitation: 9:30 – 11am Funeral Service: 11 – 12pm Burial: 12- 1pm, West Chester Cemetery Lunch: 1pm served at Pat Mohrfield's home in West Chester, OH – all are welcome The family will participate in a fundraiser walk to support the Alzheimer's Association on Saturday September 15th.
