He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Opal Klingman (Rusk) and Otto Carl Klingman; and his sisters, Thelma Espeseth and Ann King. He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Evans (late Jeff) of Loveland, Lynne Scott of Loveland and Jennifer Scalf (Kevin) of West Chester; his grandchildren, Michelle Tansy (Kyle), Julie Marie Scalf, Amanda Connair (Ryan), Michael Evans (Sarah), Matthew Scalf, Victoria Evans and Benjamin Scott (Mackenzie); his great grandchildren, Lillian Tansy, Paxton Tansy and Finley Otto Connair; and his sister-in-law Nora Riekers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
