She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Warren and Bessie Warren; and her siblings, Edna Smith, Thomas and Ronnie Warren.
She is survived by: her husband George G. West; her siblings, Ruby Gambrel of Beckley, Irene Gambrel of Four Mile, Charles Warren of Sharonville, Doris Albright (David) of Mt. Healthy, Elsie Reynolds (Diance) of Amelia and Mary Collier of Sharonville, Ohio; and her nephew Charles Warren Jr.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
