He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Theis; and his sister Janet Bronner. He is survived by: his children, John A. Theis (Joni), Linda Kibblewhite, Amy Gay-Brown (late Ted), Mike Theis (Cathy), Kathy Hogeback (Bobby) and Marilyn Theis; and his siblings, Shirley Nieters, Elaine Schuette, Dick Theis, Mary Jean Rowekamp, Dorothy Thamann and Carol Kelly. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
