He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond R. McAfee and Ruth I. McAfee (Bartholomew) of Sharonville; his son C. Craig McAfee of Mason; and his son-in-law David B. Moss of Monroe, Ohio.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy J. McAfee (Phillips); his daughters, Charlene J. Moss (McAfee) and Phyllis R. (McAfee); his grandchildren, Stephen D. Moss (Jennifer Darling), Bryan D. Moss, Hilary J. (Moss), Houff (Michael), Heidi C. (Moss), Philip J. Emick, Neal C. Emick, C. Curtis McAfee, Janelle E. (McAfee) and Claprood (Brian R., Sr.); his great grandchildren, Makenzie M. Moss, Rogan A. Moss, Benjamin E. Macy, Tyler D. Macy, Brandon D. Houff, Brianna E (Claprood), Tellez (Julio), Victoria M. Claprood, Brian R. Claprood, Jr., Madison N. McAfee and Caleb C. McAfee; and his daughters-in-law, Donna L. McAfee and Virginia M. McAfee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
