She was predeceased by: her husband Val Minchew, Jr.; her brothers, Ralph and Daniel Stephen; and her parents, Ralph C. Stephens, Sr. and Esta Oree Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Purnell (Larry), Connie DeMoranville (Joe), Chris Minchew and Carol Holliday (Tom); and her grandchildren, Angie Tumbleson (Tony), Shannon Minchew Thomas, Stephanie Minchew and Joe Holliday. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and many loving friends and extended family.
