She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Schlayer and Lizzie Schlayer; and her husband Elbert Roach. She is survived by: her children, Rex Roach (Karen), Luann VanDeusen (Mark) and René Puskas (Dale). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Dementia Research Foundation or The Food Bank at St. Paul's Lutheran Church.
