He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Usrey and Betty Usrey (Strader); his wife Diane Zambory; his daughter Samantha; and his mother-in-law Johanna.
He is survived by: his son Bryan (Kaylin); his brother Duane (Susan); and his father-in-law Edward. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
