He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Mae Wilcox; and his daughter Joan Litschgi (late Frank). He is survived by: his children, Judy Knapke (late Ronald), Jerry Ottaway (Charles), Bruce Wilcox (Joanie Kay), Vicki Huff (Donald) and Robert Wilcox Jr. (Tammy). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

Masks and social distancing will be required at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the donor's favorite charity.
