He is survived by: his spouse Donna (Bartlebaugh); his children, Roger G. "Glenn" Mayes (Abbie) and Leesa M. Large; his grandchildren, Heather Huffman and Dustin Mayes; his great grandchildren, Ginanna and Calvin; and his siblings, Jim Mayes, Shirley Smith and Frank "Butch" Mayes.
