He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Gill and Grace N. Gill (Meyers); his brother Arthur Gill; his son John M. Gill; and his great grandchild Caleb Schobinger.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his daughters, Cheryl Smith (Dale) and Sandy Krutel (Mike); and his stepdaughters, Gina Oden (Jason) and Sara Nyitray (Rob). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
