He was predeceased by: his parents, Autie Salisbury and Gladys Salisbury (Adams); and his siblings, Delma Oiler, Ford Rose and Garnett Perry.

He is survived by: his wife Julie Salisbury (Angle); his children, Roger Salisbury Jr. (Vanessa), Curt Salisbury (Michelle) and Christy Bowne; and his sister Bonnie Nelson. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
