It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Perkins (Shalersville, Ohio), born in Summersville, West Virginia, who passed away on July 3, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Snyder and Chessie Snyder (Ramsey); and his husband Bobby Gene. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Heaton, Tara Novak (Gary), Jeff Perkins and Brian Perkins (Teresa); his siblings, Flora Caroline Sanders and Donis Snider; and also Albert Mulberry. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
