He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Jodi (Kebin), Lizbeth (Adam) and Taylor (Alex); his grandchildren, Thomas, Noah, Salara, Cooper, Skylynn, Harmony, Rusty, Rufus and Luna; his mother-in-law Betty; his stepmother Debbie; and his siblings, Laurie (Ed), Patti (Brian), Donnie, Jackie (Dale), Diana (John), Ed, Niomi, Robert (Brianna) and Holly (Ricky).
