It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John B. Daniels of Shalersville, Ohio, who passed away on February 14, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Daniels and Louella Idell Cales (Smith); his wife Mary Lou Daniels; and his siblings, Bobby Daniels, Mike Daniels, Lynn Kidd, Jeff, Sherry Cales, Dirk and Terry Cales.
He is survived by: his sons, John Daniels (Jackie), Steve Daniels, Benjamin Daniels, Jake Daniels (Amanda), Nathan Daniels (Ilene) and Nick Daniels (Melanie); his siblings, Mark Cales, Suzie Swartz (Ricky) and Melvin Daniels (June); his caregiver Kevin Grubb; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shorts-Spicer-Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel (9781 Page Rd, Streetsboro, OH 44241). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
