She was predeceased by: her parent John Cathon. She is survived by: her parent Ethel Cathon (Hillman); her husband Dewey M. "Joe" Willoughby; her daughters, Debra Wyers of Ravenna, Kimberly Pope of Garrettsville and JoAnn Felter (Charles) of Newport; her grandchildren, Charley Jo, Roxann, Sonny, Joseph and Bethaney; and her son Raymond Hess of Ravenna.
