She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Bartlebaugh and Geraldine Bartlebaugh (Pennington); her siblings, Brian Bartlebaugh, Gerelda Mayberry, Sue Insley and Gail Pennington; and her husband Sylvester J. Mayes.
She is survived by: her children, Roger G. Mayes (Abbie) and Leesa M. Large; her grandchildren, Heather Huffman (Duane) and Dustin Mayes; and her great grandchildren, Gianna and Calvin Huffman.
