We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Polly McCarthy (Shaker Heights, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Christian Nichol (Frank McCarthy); her parents, Henry Pickands and Yetive Pickands; and her brother Henry "Sparks" Pickands. She is survived by: her children, Leslie, David, Lizabeth and Drew; her grandchildren, Christian, Scott, Olivia, Marissa, Sabrina, Samantha and Audrey; her sister Suzanne Dawes; and her great grandchildren, Christian, Caleb, Colin, Mason, Dexter and Jameson.

In her honor the family requests donations to be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org.) in the name of Polly McCarthy, reflecting her enduring spirit of giving.
