He was predeceased by: his spouse Esther; his child Leslie Kazdan Rolle; and his sibling Sol Kazdin. He is survived by: his children, David Kazdan (Laura Gooch), Meryl Lazar and Hollis Munoz (Cesar); his grandchildren, Brent Lazar (Sharifa Anderson) and Shaina Munoz (Ronald Saddler); his great grandchildren, Asher, Aiden and Mateo; and his sibling Morris Kazdan.
In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may contribute to The Ohio State University Medical School-Dean's Scholarship Fund or to the Disabled American Veterans.
