We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2018, at the age of 68, Patrick Soltis (Shaker Heights, Ohio), born in Conneaut, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Soltis. He is survived by: his parent Joyce Soltis (Hewlett); and his siblings, Susan Soltis, Kathleen Klecan and Daniel Soltis.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the David Simpson Hospice House/Hospice of the Western Reserve.
