She was predeceased by: her son Scott T. Gerard (Mariah Turner); her stepson Jimmy Black; and her sister Joanne Hahn. She is survived by: her husband William F. Black; her daughters, Kathleen V. Carvin of Cleveland, OH and Karen G. Rankin (Mark) of Atlanta, GA; her stepsons, Stephen and David Black; her grandchildren, Turner (Nicki), Matthew Carvin, Coleman, Brandon Rankin (Risa), William and Frances Gerard; and her great grandchildren, Walter Carvin and Isla Rankin.
