She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. Francis J. Owens, Sr. and Lois Parrish Owens; her brothers, F. Joseph Owens (Christie) of Ridgewood, NJ, Stephen Owens of Los Angeles, CA and Gregory M. Owens (Jillann) of Essex, NY; her nieces, Charlotte Owens and Elizabeth Packard (Ryan); her nephew Mitchell Owens; and her great-nieces, Isabella and Roxanne.
