We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2021, at the age of 85, Jorge Enrique Motta in Shaker Heights, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jorge Motta and Leonor Motta; and his sister Clara Betancourt. He is survived by: his wife Dolores Motta; his children, Edward Motta (Denise), Patricia Motta (Craig), Denise Motta Caulkins (Brian), David Motta (Jenny) and Andrea Workinger (Brian); his siblings, Alberto Motta (Fanny), Elsa Merendoni (Camilo), Leonor Ayesh and Luz Motta (Frank); and his grandchildren, Andrew Motta, Gabriel, Victor, Elsa Nard, Eva, Nico, Javiar, Tiago Motta, Ella, Blakely and Landon Workinger.

In lieu of flowers, memorial in the name of Dr. Jorge Motta may be given to The Church of St. Dominic or CAMO.
