He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duane Howell and Vera Howell; his former wife Letha Skilling; his children, Heath Downing (Katy) and Ivy Noel (Jarrod); his children-in-law, Katy Pribble and Jarrod Walters; his family John; his wife Maria Cecilia Arza (Paris); his child Marivi; his grandchildren, Amelia, Zoey, Noelle and Jackson; and his brother David (Kelly). He was also cherished by siblings, their spouses, and many nieces and nephews.
