Redfern, MD of Jacksonville, FL, Gary K. Lammert, MD of Wenatchee, WA, David A. Lammert of Cleveland Heights, OH, Anne K. Hvistendahl of Oslo, Norway and Yngvar A. Hvistendahl, MD of Greenbrae, CA.. She is also survived by her mother, father, sisters, nieces and nephews.
