He is survived by: his wife Lisa (Mabbett); his children, Christian (Ann Price) of Silver Spring, MD, Alexander (Carly) of Chagrin Falls, OH, Sarah Castro (Jorge) of Washington, D. C and Affectionately; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, James, Jack Hamerstone, Sebastian and Mimi Castro; and his brother John Smith (Diane).
