He is survived by: his parents, Brandt Butze and Naomi Butze; his sister Ana Butze of Shaker Heights, Ohio; his grandparents, Louis, Linda Frank of Sarasota, Susan Klein, Joyce Butze of Shaker Heights and Kenneth Butze Sr. of Rocky River, Ohio; his aunts and uncles, Justice Rebecca Frank Dallet (Brad) of Milwaukee, Hallie Butze Stewart (James) of Shaker Heights, Kenneth Butze Jr. (Tracy) of Shaker Heights, Kelly Kelly of Brookpark and Aaron Frank of Ashville; and his cousins, Arthur Ott (Jay Gribble), Abby, Ellie, Rachel Dallet, Taylor, Schuyler, Kendall Butze, Allison, Molly, Mac Stewart, Erin and Kyle Kelly.
