He is survived by: his parents, Bonnie K Perkovic of London and Chris Burgess; his brother Graham Burgess of London; his grandparents, Jacquelyn Perkovic, Robert Perkovic of Pepper Pike, Thelma Burgess and Wyndham Burgess; and his significant other Liz Knab. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, and many close cousins.
