He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Sofiya; his children, Svetlana Rose (Mitchell) and Yevgeniy E. Lekhter; his grandsons, Eli Rose and Joseph Rose; and his stepgrandchildren, Moshe Rose, Chaya Devora Thav, Yocheved Rose, Shoshana Brand and Sarah Alta Raphan.
