He is survived by: his spouse Rosamond (Horton); his children, Grace Lownes Lincoln of East Walpole, MA and Charles Horton Lownes of Shaker Heights, OH.; his grandchildren, Riley Trowbridge Lownes, Logan Capen Lownes and Cassidy Horton Lownes; his parents, Edgar John Jr. and Sybil Hyde Lownes; and his brothers, Walter III, Robert III and Edgar John Lownes III.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any donations be made In Memory of David Lownes to the Gore Place Museum in Waltham, MA.
