She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Dixon (Albright) and Clarence Dixon; her former husband Charles R. Stillion; her husband Harry D. Johnston; her son Ricky; her stepmother Olive Dixon; and her son-in-law Bill Green.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Stillion (Cindy), Roger Stillion (Patty), Rose Green, Clyde Stillion (Lisa), Kathy Robrecht (Paul), Marjorie Crall (Keith), Patty McVay (Monte), Steven Stillion (Beverly) and Jennifer Keenan (John); her sister Margaret Kennedy; and her stepsiblings, Wayne Dixon, Betty Shreve and David Dixon. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Virginia to a cause or place of donor's choice.
