He was predeceased by: his parent Donald Fulton. He is survived by: his parent Mary Lou Mathews Fulton; his wife Caroline L. Boettcher Fulton; his children, Troy S. Fulton of Bridgeport, Jodi R. Gottardi, Chase A. Fulton and Travis E. Fulton; and his brother Jeff Fulton of Shadyside.
