With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tom Perkins of Shadyside, Ohio, who passed away on July 7, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Perkins and Rosalee Keating Perkins; his son Jeff Perkins; and his siblings, Betty McClelland and Clyde "Bud" Perkins.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Mae Glass Perkins; his son Tony Perkins; his stepsons, Keith Otto, Troy Otto and Scott Otto; and his brother Jay Perkins. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
