He was predeceased by: his parents, Fant William and Norma Coccia Ball; and his siblings, Susie (Rick Nelson), Robert'Bob' (Linda Ball) and Kenny Ball.

He is survived by: his wife Jill E. Welsh Ball; his son Thomas E. Ball Jr.; and his siblings, Linda Moors (Don), William'Bill' Ball (Mary), Andrew Ball (Connie) and Pat Ball (Barb).

Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Care Funeral & Cremation - St. Clairsville Chapel (204 W Main St, St Clairsville, OH 43950). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:15 PM at the same location.
